I did Day 3 of Insanity today…. or what I could do. My calves were still very stiff and sore but once I was warmed up that wasn’t so bad. I do have a bad wrist, so some of the moves were difficult and I was not able to do those without aggravating the wrist. Still, I modified some of the moves so I wasn’t just sitting there doing nothing. I’ll tell you what, that work out is TOUGH! But I am loving that I am doing more cardio than I have in a long time. Going from Pilates and Yoga to intense cardio is a big change. At the end of this 60 day workout I hope to incorporate both into my routine to keep balanced.
