I’ve decided to do both at once and it’s great! Hip Hop Abs is more low key and fun and it helps to break up the grueling Insanity routine. I’m feeling great! I’m getting better and better with the Insanity workouts and able to do much more of them than in the beginning. I also got new tennis shoes which has helped immensely. In addition, I am thinking about doing a 3-day juice cleanse sometime this summer (after I have finished Insanity). Do any of you out there have recommendations?
